Reserve with Google

Reserve with Google allows guests to make a booking for your venue directly from your Business Profile in Google Search and Google Maps. The  Reserve a Table button on your profile allows guests to view your availability and make bookings. These bookings are automatically added to your Obee account.

Using Reserve with Google with Obee is completely free.

Reserve with Google FAQs

Some Obee features, like Payments and Options, are not supported through Reserve with Google. Before enabling Reserve with Google, please read our Reserve with Google FAQs.

Enable Reserve with Google

  1. Claim your Business Profile on Google if you haven’t already
  2. In your Obee account, check that your venue address matches the address in your Business Profile on Google
  3. Select More from the main menu
  4. Select Marketing & Integrations from the More dropdown menu
  5. Select Reserve with Google from the Marketing & Integrations submenu
  6. Enter any terms and conditions you would like to display to guests who book through Google as your regular terms and conditions will not be shown. You can add or edit your terms later by following this guide.
  7. Select Enable — Allow up to 24 hours for the Reserve a Table button to appear in your Business Profile on Google

Disable Reserve with Google

  1. Select More from the main menu
  2. Select Marketing & Integrations from the More dropdown menu
  3. Select Reserve with Google from the Marketing & Integrations submenu
  4. Select Disable — Allow up to 24 hours for the Reserve a Table button to disappear from your Business Profile on Google
