Displaying terms and conditions with Reserve with Google

While Obee supports terms and conditions that are specific to areas, days, and times, Reserve with Google does not. This means your regular terms and conditions cannot be displayed. You can still display terms to guests who book through Google. These terms will always be shown in the Reserve with Google booking flow.

You can enter your booking terms when you enable Reserve with Google. If already enabled, you can add or edit your terms by following the steps below.
  1. Select More from the main menu
  2. Select Marketing & Integrations from the More dropdown menu
  3. Select Terms & Conditions from the Booking Settings submenu
  4. Locate the Customer Booking Terms (Reserve with Google) section

  5. Enter your booking terms
  6. Select Save Changes — Allow up to 24 hours for your new booking terms to be reflected on Google. They will appear in the Important note section (example below).
