What is a booking source?
A booking source tells you which channel a booking came from, and is indicated in your Obee account by a letter on each booking.
- i indicates the reservation was made via your Obee booking widget
- p indicates the reservation enquiry was made via phone
- e indicates the reservation enquiry was made via email
- w indicates a walk-in
- g indicates the reservation was made via Reserve with Google
- b indicates the reservation was made via Broadsheet (this is only seen by venues that have a listing on Broadsheet and have opted-in to Book with Broadsheet)
