How to add a 'Book a Table' button to your Broadsheet listing

1. Email support@obeeapp.com and let us know you'd like to opt-in to Book with Broadsheet
2. We'll email you a unique link where you can opt-in from (you can also use this link to opt-out at any time)
3. At the link provided, enter your full name, your email address, and agree to the terms and conditions
4. Select Enable to opt-in — your Broadsheet listing will be updated automatically within 24 hours
