How to refund a voucher

  1. Go to
  2. Log in to your Pin Payments dashboard
  3. Select Charges in the main menu

  4. Search for and select the charge you would like to refund
  5. On the charge page, select Refund Options
  6. Check the refund amount is correct, and select the Confirm Refund button. Note: It can take between 5-10 business days for funds to appear back on the customer's card.

  7. In your Obee account, add a note against the voucher that states it has been refunded (for help with this, see How to edit notes for a voucher). Important: for accounting and record keeping purposes, we strongly advise against deleting refunded vouchers from your Obee account.
