How to view a guest's dining history

1. Select any of the three guest history icons shown below

   

2. In the dining history pop-up that appears you'll see a summary of the guest's past and upcoming bookings. Any comments on the guest's last five bookings will be displayed as well.

   

3. To view the full details of a particular booking, select the yellow notepad icon next to the relevant booking
