What user account types are there and what can they do?

There are three types of user accounts:

1. Manager accounts can access and edit all Obee features and settings.
2. Staff accounts can access and edit Run Sheet, Floorplan, Timeline, Monthly, Activity, Guestbook and Vouchers.
3. Read-only accounts can access (but not edit) Run Sheet, Floorplan, Timeline, Monthly, Activity and Guestbook. New vouchers cannot be added, but the status of vouchers can be changed and vouchers can be marked as redeemed.
