How to find bookings

There are two ways to find a booking in Obee:

1. Using the Add Booking section

This method can be used to find any booking with a guest profile attached to it. You will need to know the guest name, mobile number, landline number or email address for the booking you are looking for.

2. Using the Recent Bookings page

This method can be used to find any booking, except cancelled bookings. This is the best method to use when you do not have any contact information for a booking. It allows you to find a booking by searching for a restaurant comment, customer comment, 'add booking' label or 'customer booking terms' label.
