How to add booking labels

  1. Select Account on the far right of the main menu
  2. Select Booking Settings from the Account dropdown menu
  3. Select Terms and Conditions from the Booking Settings submenu
  4. Locate the 'Add Booking' Labels section shown below

  5. Update the Area dropdown, or leave as All Areas
  6. Select from All Days or Weekdays in the Day / Date dropdown as required. See the guide on How does Day / Date work?
  7. Update the Time dropdown, or leave as All Times
  8. Update the Booking Size dropdown, or leave as Any Size
  9. Enter text in the 'Add Booking' Label field, to show in the Add Booking section
  10. Enter text in the Comment Label field, to show in the booking comments when the booking is added
  11. Enter text in the Terms and Conditions field if required, to show in the Add Booking section when hovering over the 'Add Booking' Label
  12. Add a number in the Priority field if required. Note: Low numbers have the highest priority
  13. Select the Add button
