How to change a booking status

Using Run Sheet and Timeline:

  1. Select the current booking status shown on the right of the booking
  2. Choose a new booking status from the menu that appears

 

Using Floorplan:

  1. Select the guest's name on the table their booking has been assigned to
  2. In the booking panel that appears, select the current booking status located towards the top right

  3. Choose a new booking status from the menu that appears

 

Using the booking screen:

  1. Select the yellow notepad icon on the booking you would like change the status of
  2. In the booking screen that appears, select the current booking status located towards the top right

  3. Choose a new booking status from the menu that appears
