Do you have important terms and conditions that are worth reiterating? You can add these to the guests email, we recommend writing these "generally" so that if groups change the day or time of their booking, they will be aware of all of the terms and conditions that apply. Where possible, we recommend keeping terms and conditions in emails short and to the point, you can always link to something more comprehensive on your website.

Arrival instructions

Is your venue hard to find, do you have specific instructions for arrival or check-in, mention these so guests know what to expect when they arrive.
