How to enable Email Follow Ups

  1. Select Account on the far right of the main menu
  2. Select Booking Settings from the Account dropdown menu
  3. Select Guest Communication from the Booking Settings submenu
  4. Locate the Email Follow Up section shown below 

  5. Update the Email Follow Up setting to On
  6. In the Schedule section that appears (shown below) adjust the Days afterTime and Days for the Email Follow Up to be sent if required

  7. Select Save Changes
