How to enable Email Reminders

  1. Select Account on the far right of the main menu
  2. Select Booking Settings from the Account dropdown menu
  3. Select Guest Communication from the Booking Settings submenu
  4. Locate the Email Reminders section shown below 

  5. Update the Email Reminders setting to On
  6. In the Schedule section that appears (shown below) adjust the Days beforeTime and Days for the Email Reminders to be sent if required

  7. Enter text for From and Reply-To Email Address fields (shown below) in the Email Template section if required 

  8. Select Save Changes
