How to enable SMS Follow Up

  1. Select Account on the far right of the main menu
  2. Select Booking Settings from the Account dropdown menu
  3. Select Guest Communication from the Booking Settings submenu
  4. Locate the SMS Follow Up section shown below 

  5. Update the SMS Follow Up setting to On
  6. In the Schedule section shown below adjust the Days afterTime and Days for the SMS Follow Up to be sent if required

  7. Select Save Changes
