How to add specific date(s) Terms and Conditions

  1. Select Account on the far right of the main menu
  2. Select Booking Settings from the Account dropdown menu
  3. Select Terms and Conditions from the Booking Settings submenu
  4. Locate the Customer Booking Terms section shown below 

  5. Update the Area in the Area dropdown, or leave as All Areas
  6. Select from Specific Date or Date Range for the terms in the Day / Date dropdown. See the guide on How does Day / Date work?

  7. Select the date(s) using the dropdown menus or by selecting the calendar icon 

  8. Update the Time dropdown, or leave as All Times
  9. Update the Booking Size dropdown, or leave as Any Size
  10. Enter a Comment Labeto show on the booking in your Obee account when the guest has agreed to the terms. Note: The Comment Label will not show to guests 
  11. Enter the text in the Terms and Conditions field. This text is to show to guests on your Obee booking page or widget
  12. Add a number in the Priority field if any terms are overlapping. Note: Low numbers have highest priority
  13. Select the Add button
