How to add regular Terms and Conditions

  1. Select Account on the far right of the main menu
  2. Select Booking Settings from the Account dropdown menu
  3. Select Terms and Conditions from the Booking Settings submenu
  4. Locate the Customer Booking Terms section shown below 

  5. Update the Area dropdown, or leave as All Areas
  6. Select from All Days or Weekdays in the Day / Date dropdown as required. See the guide on How does Day / Date work?
  7. Update the Time dropdown, or leave as All Times
  8. Update the Booking Size dropdown, or leave as Any Size
  9. Enter a Comment Labeto show on the booking in your Obee account when the guest has agreed to the terms. Note: The Comment Label will not show to guests 
  10. Enter the text in the Terms and Conditions field. This text is to show to guests on your Obee booking page or widget
  11. Add a number in the Priority field if any terms are overlapping. Note: Low numbers have highest priority
  12. Select the Add button
