How to find cancelled bookings

1. Select Activity from the main menu
2. Select Cancelled Bookings from the Activity submenu
3. At the top of the Cancelled Bookings list, find a particular booking by either:
   1. selecting a booking type(s) from the Show Booking Types dropdown menu; or
   2. entering the guest's name, email address, or text within the comments of their booking, in the search field
4. Select the yellow notepad icon on the booking you would like to view
